Area Competition in Hurst, Tx., Bowie Volunteer Band was rated 9th
place out of 23 bands in competition, edged out by Martin H. S. by
a narrow margin. The Volunteers gave one of their best performances
to date, representing Bowie High School proudly. Next year - STATE!
